Day Lillies
This painting was done with only paint knives. This is part of a challenge I set for myself back in December. To paint 100 oil paintings on paper with no medium and only paint knives. The purpose was to grow my oil painting skills and to learn how to paint with paint knives which I bought a couple of years ago. This painting measures 22x30 inches.

The judges for the show were the Director of the Laguna Art Museum Julie Perlin Lee, President of LPAPA Toni Kellenberg, and master impressionist Michael Situ. Thank you judges!
