This pastel painting is done on velour paper with soft pastels and measures 19"x25". Palm Canyon is the largest palm oasis in the world. It is an indian reservation by Palm Springs. Water flows up from the ground in a number of areas and forms a stream that starts out of the sand and ends the same way.
